The Catskill Herbal Apprenticeship is a materia medica study, including related aspects of herbal medicine, in Big Indian, NY - the Catskills. It is a weekend retreat program (once a month, from one weekend to all six) with a focus on wild medicinal herbs in the context of Chinese herbal medicine and Native American herbal medicine.
